Regarding a Problem with Ball Screw CAD Downloads from THK

Thank you for supporting our products. We have recently discovered a problem with some of the CAD data that we provide. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. For customers who have used the affected ball screw CAD data, we kindly ask that you check the data contents and compare model numbers ordered with the information contained in the catalog. Issue: For some ball screw CAD model numbers, when selecting "Fixed-side shaft end machining" or "Support-side shaft end machining," the total screw shaft length and stroke differ between the displayed model number and the CAD model. We are currently working on a solution to this problem by hiding the affected selection options. We are also investigating the causes and taking measures to prevent recurrence.
