Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that as recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 23rd July, 2019 has appointed Mr.Ranjan Kumar as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from August 1, 2019. 

Mr. Ranjan Kumar is a qualified Company Secretary and a Law Graduate from University of Delhi.
